How long does it take for me to receive my veil after I place my order?
Usually it takes us about 20 days to make a veil and 3-5 days for shipping.
Do you offer rush order service?
Yes. The processing time will be about 10 days. And we will charge extra $20 for rush order.
Do you offer custom orders? If so, how can I place my order?
Yes, we can do custom orders. We can customize the veils with colors, lengths and lace patterns.
Please send some large and clear photos to (email@example.com), and we will check if we can make it for you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa Card, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, E Check (Note: If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 working days due to the clearance process.)
and Western Union (Note: If you wish to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).
What shipping methods do you use? What's the shipping fee?
We ship all items by UPS/FedEx/DHL International Express to customers all over the world. Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
How to Return
Please submit a return request via email within 5 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return.
Please supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problems, including quality issues, damage during shipping, color/ style/ size errors.
All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and with the original tags and packaging. Please note:
*Please use the same address we give on the parcel you received.
*Please send back the dress with the original packing we use.
*Please write the value same as the one we given on the express bill.
You need pay the shipping fee from your address to Laviamor when you returned it back.
After we received your returned dress, the refund will be processed within 3~5 workdays.
Sorry that we do not offer exchange service for veils at this time. If you purchased your item(s) and would like to exchange for a different style, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).
